Shipping

We offer FREE USPS PRIORITY GROUND SHIPPING on all orders within the continental U.S. with no minimum purchase required. Allow one to four business days for processing on in stock items, and three to six weeks on pre-order items. In stock items usually ship within 24 hours. Please note that the postal service is currently experiencing delays nationwide due to unprecedented mail volume at this time.

 

 

Returns

We offer authorized returns/exchanges on U.S orders postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date. Authorized refunds will be issued to your original payment method used upon original purchase. Returns must be received in new unused, unaltered, original condition. Return shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer. Thomas Hips does not cover return shipping cost or shipping insurance on returned goods. For return authorization please contact Customer Service at hello@thomaships.com. No returns will be processed or credited without an official Thomas Hips return authorization number.
